Ventnor is the real beach holiday venue; small quiet roads and a short walk to the beach and local shop make SeaBreak the perfect holiday spot to relax and unwind.
If you bring your pet, the back yard is fully fenced and there is an undercover back porch for them to sleep. Dogs can enjoy the beach all year around. It is only a short walk from the house to the off-leash beach.
SeaBreak offers a fabulous covered outdoor deck area with BBQ and dining. This leads to an open deck area at the front of the property for soaking up the afternoon sun. An open plan kitchen and lounge area with front covered sun porch for lazy afternoons relaxing in the comfortable cane chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with central family dining table. The bedrooms consist of two super comfortable queen beds in separate rooms, two single bunks in the third room. A fold-down couch on the covered back deck for afternoon snoozing! Bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. Separate toilet, laundry area with washing machine.
SeaBreak Attractions
The house is a short drive to the famous Penguin Parade, Cowes (the main shopping area of Phillip Island), offering cafes, restaurants and a variety of holiday shops to pass the time in. Local wineries, wildlife parks, and kids attractions are plentiful.
The Grand Prix Circuit track is only about 8 minutes drives from the house (or use the special events bus that stops nearby). For quieter days, DVDs, books, indoor games and puzzles are provided. A Petanque set, a kite, balls and bats for cricket on the sand are also available for your use.
